The Hindrances and Awakening Factors are stepping stones on the path toward freedom and liberation. How can we work intentionally with each cluster of these teachings to grow stronger in our ability to be mindful, develop concentration and clear insight?
The Bluegum Sangha’s dharma talk series provides a secular environment to hear Buddhist teachings. At their core, these teachings aim to help guide our lives towards liberation from dukkha (unsatisfactoriness).’
